Amongst the state of the art equipment supplied by MediaPro for the Opening Ceremony such as the Xtylos and Sharpy X-Frame from Claypaky and the Cobra from Ayrton I was pleasantly surprised by the Krypton Goodboy. We were working with throws of a minimum of 50 metres and the Goodboy was certainly amongst the brightest fixtures in the rig especially when used with colour, a great addition to the large scale event fixture choice for LDs.
